Door-to-door delivery throughout Vietnam.
2. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the delivery address and stock availability. KAZOKU will inform you of the estimated time when confirming your order.
3. Shipping fee
Any shipping fee is clearly communicated when your order is confirmed, before delivery.
4. Receiving your order
- Please check the appearance, quantity and model on delivery.
- If the product is dented or broken due to transport, refuse the delivery or notify KAZOKU immediately.
- Installation is scheduled after delivery (see Installation & Warranty).
